If you're a solo expert or micro business, we typically start by scheduling a Mini Strategy Session.
We do this first because it is an opportunity for you to see if my approach is unique, useful, and a fit for your needs and preferences.
And on a case by case basis for high achieving, well-motivated individuals looking for a combination of mindset and strategic support to work towards a stretch goal, the second step is to schedule a complimentary coaching session.
We do this first because coaching works best when it is a true partnership.
I like to begin with a bite-size project that delivers a clear outcome in less than 2-3 weeks (solo expert/micro biz) or 2-3 months (mid-market/larger business).
This allows us to develop a good rhythm and rapport while we work toward a clear benefit for you, without either of us taking on unnecessary risk.
Additionally, this approach gives us room to be agile and adjust our approach more quickly if we identify a shift in priorities – which is not uncommon in the work I do, as every step creates clarity on what the next step ought to be.
My goal is that each step builds a bridge both in our working relationship and improving your systems.
